Re: 6v to 12v 1966?


There are lots of varieties of Solex chokes that use the came outer 
casting.  The differences can be seen in the shape of the spring end that 
connects with the choke actuating arm.  Not all will engage properly in a 
32 carb.  However, it is possible to make a left out of a right, by 
turning the bi-metal spring up side down (if you can get it loose without 
breaking something).
