heater/paint/primer debate

ok, I've been silent too long...


I have been  listening (lurking) to this thread and not wanted to get
into this debate, but this argument is silly.

Who cares if/why they were dipped, dunked, sprayed, squirted or brushed.

1. They were emersed to apply the primer. (documented)

2. The paint was applied by external means.  (Just look under your
dash.)

3. The heaterchannels have paint on the outside.

4. The heater channels have primer on the inside. (believe me I have
seen it.)

5.  By now, some/most/all of whatever is on the channels are
gone/rusted.

6. Fix it.
