Dot 3/4 is a polyglycol fluid, more closely related to anti-freeze than 
anything else.  I have no flammability data, but I really don't think it 
burns readily at all.  Of course if you get anything hot enough it will 
burn, but DoT-3/4 is NOT petroleum based.

I think we are talking about two pretty much non-flammable fluids here.
