These pressures are all consistent so I am guessing that it is a 72-3 with the lower compression. If it is earlier then it should be a bit higher, but there's really nothing special here to worry about. The fact that both of the low cylinders is on the right side makes me wonder if you have a head that is loosening up, but I think the compression would be MUCH worse if that were the case. My guess is that what you have is just an old engine.
