Whoa! Synchronize those carbs, ASAP! This doesn't mean at idle (that's a different adjustment) but at RPM (not sure what stock is, I do mine around 3000 RPM). As long as you have been faithfully using a fuel filter the carbs should be okay internally, but if you have the time or money for someone else to do, clean them up, inside and out. Be very careful when touching/cleaning the various jets and don't let dirt get in 'em! You also mentioned poor power problems. You *may* need a new battery. Have you given the battery terminals a GOOD cleaning? It can really make a difference! While you're at it, check the battery water level and if it's low replace with distilled water (not from the tap) Also, clean all of the various grounding straps so you know the electricity can flow. I believe the air control stuff mentioned was if you had FI. Synchronize those carbs, ASAP! Synchronize those carbs, ASAP! Synchronize those carbs, ASAP! (got the hint?) Still haven't synchronized them. * Air-conrol stuff? What is that? :) ... > Stereo drawing too many amps when you crank it up? Nope - no stereo. Did, however, replace the generator recently. I've also noticed that the lights are dim, blinkers slow, wipers slow during idle. OK otherwise. Electricals are stil 6v.
