Re[2]: T3 ragtop info

Hey, take ya gotta take the good with the bad. The end of summer I will
have had the rag for one year. So far no forced entries. I do have a car
alarm installed with an LED flashing on the dash (I put it in the Fasten
Seatbelts lens). I park under lights at night where ever I can when not
home. My car is also insured with comprehensive (yeah, right) with a $100
deductible so if someone does rip the top it'll cost me only a $100 max for
a new kit (actually, all I would probably need is the canvas).

It's an unhappy world in that we have to worry about for our babies but
don't let that worry detract you from your happiness. My desire for a
convertible is stronger than my fear of a *possible* forced entry.
Besides, if they have the audacity to do it when I'm in or near my baby
then they may have to deal with MR. GLOCK and his nine member gang, the
HOLLOW POINTS.

If you don't live in crime-central then I highly recommend one!

Yea, it looks really nice in the photo on Gregs web site. The idea of a
convertable Sq thrills me to no end! At one time I wanted to rip the westy
top off my bus and replace it with one of the rag tops, maybe I can get a
quantity discount for having them both done at the same time!
Though I would be a little worried about easy access into the vehicle, has
any one had problems with theives with box knives getting through the vinyl
tops? Toby?
