I see the Squareback is still for sale.  At that price it's gonna be for 
sale for some time.  To command that price I would say that "Great cond" 
means it was driven from the show room floor and parked in a barn, never to 
be used again.  But it appears from other messages that vehicle prices vary 
a good amount depending upon the region one lives in.
