ANNOUNCE: Hoover Sermons in Permanent Home

Hi everyone,

	Hoover's sermons are now in a new permanent home; see the message
below.  For those of you who are not familiar with Bob, he's been working
on VWs for some 40 years or more, has lots of wisdom to share and has a
great writing style.
