Luis,

I suggest you read the Muir book about the .004 sticker.... general
advice is to IGNORE IT... go .006.  In general, it won't make that much
of a power difference, mostly a noise difference (more noise).

As for your timing.... you should throw what the book says out the
window.  When you put on a 009, you are changing the entire timing
situation!  10 degrees isn't a bad setting for a 009, just make sure you
use a strobe light and your TOTAL ADVANCE isn't beyond 32 degrees (at
full advance).
