When I bought my 68 new (radials were too new then) there were only
two options, regular or whitewalls. At some later time, radials
became an option in the US.

With a tube in it? Only one out of the four? Was this as originally
sold or is it possible that one tire was replaced under warrantee?
Pretty wierd! Tube type were MUCH more common back then.
