Plugs 1 & 2 are getting fire from the distributor. There is something wrong with 1 & 2. You need to decide if it is fuel or spark. Since it is both cylinders, I would make SURE you don't have the firing order wrong (1 & 2 wires swapped) then get an inductive timing light and see if it triggers regularly when the inductive pickup is clamped on each wire in turn. If all these things check out okay, then I would suspect that your right side carb is not feeding gas. Check it out.
