Thanks for the Blaupunkt information - someone else just told me this today at the show, too. Now I know my options... I found an original radio bracket at the show for $5. At least now I can touch the bracket and pretend for a while. ;-) I've also had 2 people tell me that an inverter can be used to go from 6-volt to 12-volt. Anyone heard anything bad before I get one from a listee that has one (no offensive intended toward that listee :-) On another topic, I have a 12-volt tach hooked up in my car right now. It seems to be working fine (does 70 mph at approx. 3000 rpms sound right?) but is there any danger of damaging it?
