When I was calling around for prices, one guy told me that he was going to do this for his Squareback but gave up due to the amount of grinding and bending necessary. Will you be making a set with the following characteristics? 1. All bends and overrider tube lengths are the same and mount in the same locations on the blades as the Type III overriders 2. Where the tubes go through the front bumper guards, rubber seals are used 3. The front bumper guards have rectangular rubber caps, like the Type III overrider set (since I've seen some Ghias with this and some without and I don't know the reason, different years, perhaps?) 4. Includes the extra bracing that is on the Type III overriders (might be the same as the Ghia ones, hard to say for sure) Anyway, I'd be interested if I can see them in person first, even if you aren't doing everything listed above. I assume the $300 would be bolt-on complete, i.e. includes blades, brackets, etc.. Where are you located? Someone told me that the overriders are being reproduced now but I haven't found the source yet... probably too much $ anyway... Let me know when you do a set, Everett Barnes ebus@ebus.simplenet.com '65 Squareback S (driver) / '55 Kombi (project) ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ "The Type II and III Experience" web site: http://ebus.simplenet.com/Volkswagen
