Ok, Sartwell did a fine job with my car but it still has little power on hills, i mean at freeway speeds. They told me I needed a Throttle body boot, mine is cracked. They taped up the boot and it ran much better but of course I still need to find one in new condition. Anyone who has one and is going to But-out in Manassas I will but it. Now, the problem is mostly solved so I wonder how completely the taping of the boot was. They said it was fine for now but to replace the boot. If the caracks are sealed (for the time-being) then what is causing the peoer loss. I replaced the distributor with a used one , and it advances under the strobe light. I have new trigger points. Could the atmospheric pressure sensor be it? Could it be only partially not-working? or is it one of those either works or it doesnt gizmos. How can I test it? Gas mileage seems to be normal or almost I guess. Motor has 9k, it is stock, fuel injected. John 71 Fastback please read but-out above as BUG-OUT. Ok, I didnt do good in thpelling. (hmm, that arent good english) Hey anyone in Seattle? i may move there soon. ***************************************************************** I feel more like I do today than I have ever felt before ******************************************************************
