HELP! my Seatcover WONT fit!!

HELP...

I couldn't get the first seatcover to fit the rear lower seat cusion in my 65
Notch so I sent it back to TMI with the original and said: "make one of these"
and they supposedly added 2 inches.

Last night I finally got time to try this again and.. well.. it just WONT fit!!

They reccomended starting at the front and working back and I tried everything,
I just couldn't get it around the lower seat frame rail, I stretched and stretched and it finally ripped through!!!
     So now I have another ripped seat cover!! Question:  

Has ANYBODY sucessfully installed their own LOWER REAR seat cover in theirearly Fast or Notch??  who made it??  is there anybody out there other than TMI??
Can they get the same vinyl as TMI so it will match??

I'ma at my absolute wits (and budgets) end with this Hoping someone can offer
some advice!
