At the Phoenix Bug-O-Rama today I was looking at the products of Innovations in Fiberglass, an Arizona company. They've got a fair number of items for Type 3s that might interest the list members: Early-style front fenders ($189) Early-style Notch rear fenders (Square and Fast "coming soon") Straight dash cover ($89) Dash with center section angled toward driver, drilled to your spec ($149) Floor pans ($89 per side, battery section only $39) Rear apron ($89) "Euro" (smooth) bumper, steel-reinforced ($229/pair, with brackets) Glove compartment shell ($29) Hatch hinge covers ("coming soon") Center armrest/cupholder ($79) Underdash console ($59) Front kick panels for mounting speakers (set $39) This is not the flimsy cheapo-Baja stuff, it all seems very solid and pretty good quality. Standard disclaimer: I have no interest in this company other than what it can do for other members -- they got nothing for my T3 Ghia, natch! :( Innovations in Fiberglass PO Box 55301 Phoenix AZ 85078-5301 Tel: 602-377-0104 Fax: 602-971-1505 They even take plastic.
