Hi all...thanks for everyone's imput on the whole fender-beading thing. Now I have another question...is a body-off resto enough of an improvement over a leave-it-bolted-together one to warrant the extra time and tweaking? I read a lot about taking the body off, but we did a body-swap on a Baja once and it was a major b**** to get it bolted back together. That, of course, was my job! (the mens' job was apparently to go to the store over and over to buy one bolt at a time and eat a lot of Del Taco)...oops! Have to delete this one before the hubby gets home ;). Anyway...what's the general consensus on this one? And also, are those fiberglass pans any good? Ours is ok, I was just curious. Any "here's-something-I-wish-I'd-known-before-I-retored-my-car" bits are also greatly appreciated. Thanks! -T
