You'll probably get several replies to this. 1966 was the first year for front disks. Single circuit brakes, though. So your rears need to be adjusted really well. Better to swap to dual circuit master cylinder and re-bend lines to fit it. Hope I'm not bursting your bubble, but that's my honest opinion. Add the price of a T3 engine, new rubber, new glass, new brakes, front seat & new interior, not to mention many hundreds (at least) for proper rust repair... *and* add labor if you'll not be doing it yourself... I'm thinking thousands of dollars, easily. Now go look at what condition of car you could get if you paid that much up front! Then again, if you're looking for a big project that you want to totally rework from the ground up, offer the seller $100 or $150 and get to work. :) If others think I've misgauged the "value" of this prospect, speak right up... but it just doesn't sound like much to work with to me!
