T3 FAQ (was Re: Rear Seat Belts)

Jason/everyone,

	I sort of volunteered Coop to work up a T3 FAQ. :)  If anybody
else would like to jump in and/or take over, have at it!  I have all
~2,800 posts to type-3, if anybody's looking for a *massive* unorganized
dbase... (only *serious* requests, please... gotta budget the modem time).

	If anybody has a favorite subject (front end, seatbelts, whatever)
and would like to do a little write-up on it, I'd be tickled to publish
it on the T3 web pages.  (Consider it an invitation.:)
