Since I had my front ones removed (for cleaning) I decided to see if they
would work in the back. Nope.
The retractor can't be mounted under the seat unless a custom bracket is
made and even then I'm not sure this would work because the seat would rest
on the belt and it wouldn't be able to extend/retract. Putting the
retractor at the C-pillar bolt hole won't work either unless a custom
bracket was made. The bracket would have to keep it properly aligned both
horizontally and vertically to keep the pendulum in the unit from
continuously locking.
The only way I see possible would be to use a 3-point, non-retractable seat
belt system like what's found in early model vehicles.

Regular front 3-points will probably work in the back. I'm not familiar
with any retractable version that would work there.
