I've only been half listening to this smog stuff, so if I stick my foot in
my mouth please forgive me.  Dillion, I don't know where you live, but I
know that the emissions requirements depend on where you live.  This note
says anything after 66 requires smog inspection.  Well, here in Missouri it
anything after '70.
