There is a great troque converter rebuilder here in S. California. I recently had one rebuilt for $50.00 including shipping. They are: Carter's Gear Box Shop 558 Wren Dr Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 909-866-2221 800-8775995 They quoted me $500 to rebuild my Type III tranny.
