Other than the places you mentioned...

I got the front emblem from a local VW dealership or try a junkyard.
Body chrome, junkyard.  Seat belts, junkyard (if you want the
year-correct part) or J.C. Whitney has some good "It'll work" belts new.

I have not seen any of these parts being reproduced as of yet.
