With an automatic transmission, the transmission puts some drag on the engine
when the car is standing still in D. This lowers its RPM, which also slows down
the oil pump. When you put the AT in N, the engine AND the oil pump both speed
up and the oil pressure goes up a bit. This is all perfectly normal, but it may
not be normal that the oil light is on in D while stopped.

This is usually a sign that either the engine is too hot (tho oil has thinned
out with temp) or the engine is worn. Either will reduce the oil pressure
enough that the oil light might come on.

You should check the cooling air intake bellows (the big one) and make sure
that all the cooling tin parts are installed. If the cooling system is
compromised the engine will run hot.
