Re: [T3] Nose Cone Mount?????????????

Okay, well at least I know that we are not alone in this situation. In any
event we will check the nose cone mount, as well as the other rubber collars
you mentioned and if it appears that they are in need of replacement, start
the search. We are very lucky in that we just happen to live about 2 miles
from a VW only junkyard that we have acquired parts otherwise difficult to
find.

You are also correct in your assumption that this car did spend too many
years in the sun, as well as the rain. Was somewhat neglected towards the
end of its days. In any event it is now living the good life with a nice
big garage to sleep in when not on the road.

Thanks.
