I hope that the inner one on the short rod is OK, as that is rather less
easy to find, being Type 3 specific. The others sre same as Beetle.

I just swapped the whole tie rods off the extra front end put new boots on
them and reset the tow. The ones I put on had about 90K less miles on them
than the ones I took off and came off the parts car I had that was the same
year except it was a SB or valiant as you guys call them on that side of the
pond.
