[T3] Problem Starting & Warming up

Thank you for the advice! 
I have recently replaced the Voltage Regulator so I will double check the whole area this morning.
I?ll also inspect under the dash for any suspicious loose wires and check all grounds.
When I press my foot on the brakes I hear a Click under the dash? 
I just figured it was a relay? 
I?ll let?cha know what the verdict is,
