Unlike windshields, you don't have to cut the seals to get the side 
glass out. Those almost NEVER break. They are tempered glass, which 
is completely different from windshields.

It takes 2 people. One inside, one outside. The inside person lies 
down and puts both feet, preferably with good shoes on, against the 
glass. Then push as hard as you can. Don't pound; just good, hard, 
steady push. Concentrate near one corner. As soon as that corner 
starts to move, move your feet along the edge, working the window out 
of the body.

The person on the outside has only one job: Catch the glass so it 
doesn't fall and break. If he does this, the glass, seal, and trim 
will all come out intact.

I'm not sure, but I think the rear glass will come out exactly the 
same way.

The best way to save the seals and trim is to leave it on the glass.
