Anne came with me to Wolfsburg this summer in the Type 3 Variant, which was
about 1600 hundred miles for the round trip, so not a lot less than this one
for you two.  Anne and Melissa can compare notes on what it's like to share
a husband with a VW (or a few)!

I'm hoping to drive a Type 3 Variant; I just expect a slight bit of
hesitation from Melissa. OTOH, she may already come to terms with the fact
that this really IS a Type 3 adventure.
