This is still your prime suspect. It's common for those hoses, and 
the openings to them from above, to get blocked rather quickly after 
you clear them. Just think of a leaf floating across the drain hole 
and blocking it. BTDT.

It's not just the hoses that get blocked. My money is still on 
something that's keeping water from getting out that drain.
