A slightly thicker rotor should not make any difference, and SLIGHTLY
warmer probably isn't significant.

Read your manual carefully. Starting in '71, there is a small collar
on the steering gearbox that indicates when the steering wheel should
be level and the car should drive straight. You can feel this with
your finger, but you may need someone else up at the wheel to verify
the position. Start by verifying that the steering wheel hasn't been
moved on its shaft. If it's been moved, correct it.
It's possible that bad alignment might make the brakes pull to one
side. It could also be something up there that's worn, allowing the
alignment to change when you apply the brakes (which puts new forces
on the front suspension.) I'm really not sure.
What do you think, Russ?
