It's not listed in the updated parts book.  If you find someone with a
non-updated parts book - maybe a motoring library or something might not
have updated their copy - it would no doubt be there.  Alternatively they
took the existing 113 number and made it 311 when producing a higher rated
coil for FI, or better screened or whatever the difference is.  There would
have been a 12V version of the 6V coil used on taxis and Police/Fire
vehicles with comms radios - they might have had earlier version numbers.
Those are just guesses.
