[T3] Rear Seat Rebuild

<x-flowed>Decided to solve why the rear seat backrest does not stay up-right, and the seat bottom is floppy, exept when laid flat for sitting. I am blessed to have the camping hinges, and have been trying for a year to get them right. It has been so long that I have forgotton why I started, but now my main thing is getting them lubricated, and the straps installed.

I also need to solve why the rear seat does not stay up-right under harder braking or getting bumped. Apparently there is suppost to be some kind of latch(s) and a release. There are two spring loaded things, which I assume are the latches. I do not see how they realese/hold the rear seat back, but do a good job of tearing up the under seat upholstery. I also do not see any place for the seat back release pull to mount. I do find a braided cloth strip, with a hook, that is hooked into the sound deadening. I do not see how it is to work. :? I really need an explanation please.

Thank you,
