[T3] Cooling Air Intake/Generator Pulley Housing Seal

I don't have a Cooling Air Intake a.k.a. Generator Pulley Housing Seal.  It
looked like some kind of silicon was there when I originally pulled the
housing off. Can I use silicon, or is there an actual seal made for this
that's the better choice?
