There are a couple of differences related to the FI: there are holes 
in the front plate for the fuel lines and FI pressure regulator. 
There is a hole next to #4 SP hole for the FI temp sensor.

In addition, all type 3s got different under-cylinder tin in '71; the 
so-called "cool tin." This is different, but it will fit just fine on 
earlier engines as long as all the tin is swapped.
