[T3] Late '67 Dash

<x-flowed>On my late '67 Fastback I've got two dash items I don't understand.  They're
not in the owner's manual and so maybe they're PO additions.  Just to the
right of the steering wheel is a little black round guy with a red button in
the middle sporting a white "B".  Just below and to the right of this is a
black rectangle with a white switch, like a light switch but its horizontal
rather than vertical.  I'm thinking one of these turns on the defunct
heater.  Maybe you guys would indulge my posting a pic and you could tell me
what went where.  There are more holes in the dash; maybe we could solve the
mystery all at once, huh?  :)
