It SEEMS that one could replace the sealed later Type III middle side windows with earlier ones that have hinges and swing out a few inches. That is....with some prying of rubber it appears that the later models still have the molded steel holes to receive the earlier windows. What's the scoop on that?
 I have a 71 sqbk and would like to put the older swing-open deals in (since I've saved some from the past)...but would be glad to avoid the exploration and failure.
