[T3] Fuel Injection & Engine Displacement

<x-flowed> I am in the process of replacing the motor in my 70' Square which is 
fuel injected. The original engine displacement is 1584cc. I want to 
transfer the D-Jetronic FI system to the new motor so I can keep the car 
FI'ed.
My question is, do I have to stick with the 1584cc engine, or can I 
upgrade to a 1641 without having any problems? Will the FI system 
discover the change in displacement and cause problems?
