[T3] FI fuel pump rebuilding

I've managed to make the parts I would need to replace the parts that
usually fail on the FI fuel pumps. Now that the parts are here, I
should be able to turn these around in a week or so. If you have a
fuel pump that still "runs" but doesn't pump, or if your pump has
developed a leak out thru that little cap on one side, I can fix that
now.

The repair consists of a new brass cap, much heavier duty than the
original alum one, and a replacement Teflon tip for the little piston
that's under the cap. I'll also replace the O-ring under the cap and
the 2 O-rings that seal the pump wafers to each other. I will not
disturb the O-rings that seal the motor housing or the 12 V input
connector.

The price for this rebuild is $60, which includes return shipping.
Once this repair is done, these parts will be better than new.

Unfortunately, this is not a DIY job; I can't just sell you the
parts. I have to finish machine the Teflon button after it is pressed
into the steel piston. This is the only way to get the shape and size
of the final part correct, so I have to have your parts here to do
the installation.

At this point, I'm only sure that this repair will work on the late
pumps, the ones that have all 3 ports pointing in the same direction.
It's also likely that this repair will be equally useful for the D-
Jetronic pumps used on Volvos, Saabs, and Mercedes, but I haven't
tried any of those yet.
