If you find a custom or restored old car, ask the
owner about what shops to use. Most folks with old
cars love to talk.
Look for the oldest repair shop in town and ask for
recommendations.
If there is a car club in town, attend an event and
ask. It doesn't matter which manufacturer, they all
had similar trim at one point in their history. My '64
Ford truck has similar trim.
Check the vehicles in the lot, not necessarily the
customers, but the owners and workers. If there is an
old car, ask whose it is and ask them.
Bottom line, ask around for who deals with old cars.
Upholstery shops, tire shops, custom plating shops,
custom exhaust shops, wherever someone with an old car
would go for work on an old car.
