They may have 30 years experience, but with what type of vehicles? I know
the shop I went to, they had lots of experience, but not with a squareback.
After bending the chrome/aluminum trim, they said, "Oh, I guess this isn't
like Mercedes Trim".

I guess luckily for them I was not paying for it directly(it was covered by
my insurance). Looking back on it, I should have given them a lot of hell
for the way they treated my car, but I just wanted to get out of there at
the time.
