[T3] Fuel Odors

<x-flowed>The fuel tank in my 70 Square has a problem. When I fill it up past 3/4 
full it pours out fuel when I make any turns while driving. I have 
replaced the main fuel filler neck that goes from the fuel filler entry 
to the tank, but I also need a new ring around  the fuel filler where 
you put the fuel in. Another thing it does is that if it is sitting in 
the garage with any amount of fuel in it at all the garage smells like a 
fuel dump. But when the car is just sitting there, there is no leaking 
at all from the tank itself. 
I think it may need a new overflow line. Am I safe to assume that this 
is what is causing the problem? I have noted that a company named 
Airhead Parts that sells a Gas Fume Elimination Kit, which contains new 
seals, gaskets and hoses to correct this problem.
Anyone ever use this kit? Results?
