[T3] darn this squeak

Anyone have a squeak on a door that just will not go
away?  I have tried everything.  If it lubricates,
I've put it on the hinges.  Is there a way to pop out
the pins?  I see that there is some rust that comes
out of the hinges every time I lube it up.  This thing
is killin me.  I want people to look at the car and go
"nice schwagen" not "nice squeaky door."
