Post the VIN code numbers here for deciphering to
determine when the car was made. Since '67 was a
transition year, depending on exactly when it was put
together, it may have some of the new-for-1967 stuff,
but not all. Some of the transition bits include:

Back up lights
Emergency blinkers
Rubber padded dash knobs
12 volt

I know there are other things, but can't recall them
at the moment.

Changing the turn signals is a common thing to modify
as well.

I had a '67 bus that had some of the new stuff, but
not all.
