[T3] Ignition switch R&R

The Bentley manual is unclear WRT R&R of the electrical component of the
ignition switch.

I got the barrel lock out no problem.  When I tried to pull the rest of it
out, I wound up pulling the electrical switch apart.  I have somehow cobbled
things back together so the car will start (the problem I started out with),
but now I am unable to get the lights and fresh air fan to work, so I jumped
the red wire (always hot) with the red and black wire that goes to the light
switch.  I don't want to operate like this forever.  I would like to get a
replacement (new?) ignition switch.
