[T3] a square a bit lower

This weekend I'm going to lower my machine a bit.  Any
last minute advice?  It looks pretty painless, a bit
time consuming.  I hear it can go down about three
inches before the shocks need changed.  Is this about
right?  Any terrible problems to look out for during
the process(looking out for speed bumps comes after
the job is done)?
