I've never seen that seal for sale other than on a heat exchanger. I'll look up 
the part # tonight and we can google for it.

That's a difficult seal to make. If you use something that traps water it will 
cause the shroud to rust away extra fast, which would be counterproductive.

I wonder if you could just use one of the usual muffler joint donuts and 
squeeze it down with your clamp. You'd have to cut the donut to let it expand a 
bit, but that should not create too big a leak.
