I really gotta wonder how that can be. You live in a hot climate and I assume you don't just drive down to the corner and back once a day. When you park a hot carbed type 3 in central Arizona I'd expect the carb bowls to be empty within 15 minutes, and probably the fuel pump, too. Or do you have an electric fuel pump installed under the gas tank? That would make a big difference, if you just paused a moment between ON and START. -- ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
