I'd love to get my hands on some good OE switches, as they seem to
last a lot longer than the replacements, but I'm not willing to pay
$50 for them. I'm not interested in your old dead ones, either. ;-)

The OE ones seem to last 20-30 years, while the Brazilian ones last
from 1 to 4 years.

There appear to be several makes/versions of the Brazilian ones, but
I don't see a quality difference between them. My guess is that it's
all just markup. I'm surprised at the difference, but that may be
mostly the difference between an online and a brick & mortar
purchase.
