[T3] Philippines Parts?

<x-flowed>We have relatives in Metro Manila that could look,bargain,pack,ship etc. 
these NOS parts?  Although Ning thinks Tagaytay is up in the Highlands near 
an extinct volcano?  We'd have to send them "carfare" if there was any 
traveling.  I thought we'd offer our help if there's any interest in these
